饭团记


在日本时很讨厌这东西,不过回来过后反而又怀恋这东西起来。
上个星期天与老友去Queensbay 走走。就在那里买了一包1kg的美国加州米[那里没买道地的日本米]及一罐ayam brand tuna mayonnaise
买了过后那天晚上就开始学做饭团。不过那天时老妈裹地真的很不像样所以就没有拍照起来。
78号星期四,我要做FYPProfile必须早上5时到校至晚上6时半。间中没时间去吃午饭,所以前夜就自己裹了饭团。
做法真的很简单[向我这种没下过厨房的也可以办得到!!]
材料:
-1 cup of Japanese rice [in order to make 5 onigiri]
-plastic sheet
-filling of your choice
-seaweed
-little bit of salt water
做法:
1.       Sprinkle little bit of salt water on top of the plastic sheet.
2.       Put around one scoop of cooked rice on top of the plastic sheet.
3.       Poke a hole in the middle of the rice and fill your filling to the hole.
4.       Cover up the hole with some rice.
5.       Gather up the end of the plastic sheet.
6.       Twist and squeeze tightly to form a ball and use hand to shapes it to triangular onigiri.
7.       Wrap seaweed over the onigiri and serve.

Simple and tasty~ well it just depends on your filling…
I put some black sesame and japanese soy sauce on top of my onigiri~
